Here are some of my latest LO's from the last couple of weeks. No scrapping this weekend though, as I've been sick.
Only two more weeks of school left - and I have to clear out my whole classroom!! argh!
Tomorrow I meet my new teaching team at my new school, which is both exciting and scary!

This week's happenings...
- we have a rental inspection tomorrow...hopefully they aren't going to put up the rent. We have been really lucky so far!
- 6 more weeks of school left (scary!)
- Otherwise...no exciting news...
Hopefully I can get a lot of work done at school, so I can start on those reports...grrr...

Today I spent the day with my bestie. I got to spend some time with her little girl - who is soooo cute!! We went scrapbook shopping and did some damage to our credit cards!!
Also did some LO's during the week/ weekend...


DH and I were going to look at a house today, but the inspection was cancelled cos of an offer...grrr...didn't they know that we wanted to have a sticky beak?!?
Tomorrow I'm off to spend the morning with my bestie and Ella again! :D

Everyday goings on....

DH graduated yesterday and formally received his PhD. I am very proud of him (and more excited than him). He can officially be called a doctor now...hehe. It was a nice ceremony at Monash and we took some photos, plus got professional photos done (more scrapping material!!). He also got presents - just like a birthday! ;)

Well I am back to work, and these first 2 weeks of the term have literally flown by. But they have been very full on and very draining. Kiddies have been hyper with the lead up to swimming and the wind....and goodness knows what else!?!?

I have even doubted my career choice a few times. But I do truely love teaching, and would hate to leave it!

Hopefully I'll get on to some more scrapping tomorrow night, when DH has the boys around for a boys night.

Shopping!!

Oooh I love shopping!! hehe. I am very naughty though. I went to Officeworks yesterday and bought a graduation present for DH for next month and a lot of other stuff. I haven't been to Officworks in ages, and I certainly made up for it...one paper shredder, dog paper clips, notebook and holder, printer inks, folios and folders and DH's secret pressie!

Then I went scrapbook shopping (uh oh did I hear you say??)....hmmm...well a fair amount of money later I walked out with...

Amelia's 1st Birthday

Today we went to my Goddaughters 1st Birthday party - she is such a cutie. Was a long day, but heaps of fun!

DH has accepted a job!! WooHoo - good money, fantastic school, fantastic role...we're sooooo happy. Yay DH!! Wow - we'll both be employed next year!!

Grrr...laryngitis

It seems I have larngitis again...I've lost count! A week and a half ago I came down with pharyngitis and thought I was getting better, but last night it hit me hard and this morning my throat felt like it was closed over! Grrrrr!!!
DH - is being considered for 2 schools now. The 2nd school has sought him out without him putting in an application. Hopefully next week we'll know more (well we better!!!)
Might get some scrapping done today...see how I go....
